Before You Sign a Lease

After almost 17 years in the same building, my mom and dad (who own a small business in Alabama) have decided to move to a new office complex that's under contruction in the town where I grew up. It's been so long since they've negotiated a new lease that I'm sure they'll be extra careful and cautious.
