On your list of things to worry about as a small-business owner, add: Comply with disability laws. Though the Americans with Disabilities Act might not be something you think about on a daily basis, making sure your property and facilities are compliant is important. If you have 15 or more employees, you must accommodate disabled employees. But even if you're just a solo owner, you have to provide accessibility for disabled customers.
